Do not offer any part of yourself to sin as an instrument of wickedness, but rather offer yourselves to God as those who have been brought from death to life; and offer every part of yourself to him as an instrument of righteousness.  Romans 6:13

So many options, obligations, distractions- opinions, truths, realities.

Oh, what’s a girl to do?
Follow your passions!…they say with great confidence…ok, I say.  But, how can I be sure my passions are God’s passions?

Step one: Let go of the hinderence of all preconcieved notions about everything I’ve ever known.

Seems scary at first glance, however, it’s quite freeing. God is my ROCK. Decluttering the mind isn’s as daunting when God is the conductor.

But now, by dying to what once bound us, we have been released from the law so that we serve in the new way of the Spirit, and not in the old way of the written code. Romans 6:14

For sin shall no longer be your master, because you are not under the law, but under grace. Romans 7:6

Imagine you are a child.  When you look around at the world, it is huge and bright and intriguing. Your mind is open and free- it is a sponge for knowlege and it is UNTAINTED.

Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.” Matthew 19:14

Becoming childlike is not a means to act without care: it is a means to open your mind to God’s true nature without the restarints of tainted perceptions.

Lord, remember David and all his self-denial. He swore an oath to the Lord,he made a vow to the Mighty One of Jacob: “I will not enter my house or go to my bed, I will allow no sleep to my eyes or slumber to my eyelids, till I find a place for the Lord, a dwelling for the Mighty One of Jacob.” Psalm 132:1-5

My prayer is for the process of the renewal of our minds, through Christ, to be unhindered as we venture though our daily lives. For our vessels to be emptied of the clutter of the world as we’ve known it and for our minds to be filled with the light and wisdom of Christ. To allow God to mold and evolve our minds for the GLORY and LIKENESS (Oneness) OF HIS KINGDOM for ETERNITY. In Jesus’ Name, Amen

Today, I dedicate every piece of me to God. Every thought, glance, action is intentionally HIS.

I am His, Like a child without the mirage of cluttered misconceptions.

To a beautiful journey!

So how do I start to see the Bible with new eyes? Again you need to start at the beginning, but this time you need to look at the alternate definition for words that change drastically by perspective, and you also have to… http://soulblindministry.com
