Symbols of Summer

Summer Is…

Hot and it sizzles with memory making moments!

Sound cheesy? Why, yes it does- and that’s how it’s meant to sound…

Nothing goes better with a warm summer breeze beside the pool!

Silly drink umbrellas on the iced teas and the hilarious spectacle of mom jumping into the firecracker madness with her children…(oh, what a fire hazard!)

Eavesdropping on the “serious” discussions being had in the nearby treehouse…

Or simply sitting in the gazebo, watching a summer storm pass through.

These are symbols of summer…Memories to last a lifetime.

Okay, now I understand. Up here in Canada, people love to fill the front yards of those whose birthday it is with plastic pink flamingos. Forty pink flamingos in a front yard can be pretty exciting after a winter of snow! lol.
